About Course

We are brought to meditation by various motivations.  Some of us seek healing, some less stress, some want to be happier, some want to perform more optimally, some seek awakening, and perhaps the common motivation we share at the root of whatever brings us here is seeking a feeling of balance.  Meditation leads us to our center.  Mindfulness meditation, this art of being present and knowing each moment with our whole being, has been amazingly transformative in my life, and I’m happy to share it with you.
